The Maronelli Story

I grew up in a small valley in the Tuscan countryside, where my family has been making leather bags by hand for as long as I can remember.

My parents now in their 60s started the workshop together in our home. They believed in the beauty of tradition: slow, careful craftsmanship, honest materials, and making things that last. Today, my brother and I work alongside them, continuing the legacy they started with their own hands decades ago.

We make every bag ourselves from selecting the full-grain leather to cutting, shaping, stitching, and burnishing. No mass production, no shortcuts just family, skill, and a deep respect for the craft. Our workshop may be small, but it's filled with stories, shared meals, laughter, and generations of knowledge passed down in the simplest and most meaningful ways.

Each Maronelli bag is a reflection of where we come from and how we live—simple, intentional, and made to last. From our home in Tuscany to yours, I hope our bags bring not just function and beauty, but also a sense of connection to something real.
