SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship orders exclusively within the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and United Kingdom.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

DELIVERY TIME
After shipping, your order typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and the courier’s schedule.

TOTAL SHIPPING TIME
From the time of payment, the total shipping time is generally 6–10 business days. This includes both processing and delivery time.

SHIPPING CARRIER
Delivery is made via DHL. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has been shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Every bag is personally finished and packed by me in my small workshop in Tuscany, Italyt, just as I’ve done for decades. Once it’s ready, it travels by air (5–8 days) and is then delivered locally within 1–2 days. In total, please allow 7–13 days for your bag to arrive.—each step is handled with care, so what you receive is more than a bag—it’s a piece of my story.
