HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1. Contact us at service@maronelli.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging.

4. Return the item to us using a trackable shipping method.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
• If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
• If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure a secure return.

REFUND PROCESS:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

CANCELATIONS:

If you change your mind:

– You can cancel your order within 30 minutes if it hasn’t shipped yet.
– Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, so please reach out quickly if you need to cancel.
– If your cancellation is on time, you’ll receive a full refund.
